Welcome back to The Premiere Podcast after an extended break that saw us having to postpone our Live show due to weather.
The last month of any year is always difficult juggling other peoples calendars, it only made sense after we posponed the Live show to pospone the rest of December. That said, Casey and Oliver are back, recapping American Idiot, Holiday in Blue and keeping you up to date on what's next for The Premiere Playhouse.

Back from the dead. Kind of. October has passed and we didn't release an episode so there is a lot to talk about!
Noises Off ended so we acknowledge the cast adn crew, but the toll it can take on an actor that moves from one show immediately to another upon closing.
Halloween Stories came and went and it was incredibly exciting for what it will allow us to do for Halloween Stories... part 2!

What a wild rife the last few weeks have been for TPP. You can hear it in the way Casey and Oliver open the program, covering the audition process and announcing the cast list for the first Mainstage Series show, Noises Off!
We also discuss the audition process and the things we learned for next year.
In our second segment we visit with longtime caller, first time listener, Jill Clark-Manshreck, TPP's genius Scenic and stage designer. She tells us about her process, time before TPP and how it came full circle a few years ago. I also give her so much crap for asking and asking to be on the show, yet she's NEVER listened to an episode. So maybe we got a new fan or several new fans after this episode.

Casey is back with Oliver in the cohost chair as they recap their 5!!!! Wins!!! At the Stage Awards. We also hold space for the many mispronunciations of names and shows. But hey, that's what you get when you record a show at 11pm on a School Night.

With Oliver our enjoy some well-deserved relaxation and show seeing, Casey is joined by former guest and wife, Abby Kustak. They discuss each category that TPP was nominated in for the upcoming Stage Award Ceremony. It's a stacked year and it's anybody's game! Which is said no less than 98 times in this episode.
Abby and Casey also do impressions of Oliver that are so uncanny, you'd think he was actually there with them.
